TURBO Monday-FAC

Sorry for the delay...but better late than never.  It was on like DONKEY KONG up in this joint.  You whip out a camera and people get CRAZY!  I thought for sure they would shy away...but NO...it made them jump higher, dig deeper and scream louder.  We need to record every one of those!  We burned an insane amount of calories and people were slipping in their own sweat.  INSANE I tall ya and I enjoyed every minute of it.  Check out the videos on Facebook:  Patricia Gallagher Velasquez and let me know what you think about these crazy ladies in FRISCO!  1 hour 10 minutes at 1130 calories.  ON FIYAA!
