New Workout for the week...

We are starting back up with our weekly meet-ups.  You want to try the top home based fitness DVDs on the market.  We got'em and we want to share them with you.  Meet us at Hotel A-Loft in Frisco from 6:30-7:30 and then let us treat you to the best meal of the day.  All you need is you, a towel, some water and sheer determination.  We will do the rest.  Feel free to bring a friend...we love company!
