  • SQUAT JUMP (3 TIMES) FRONT, 2 JACKS
  • SKI (2) TO THE FRONT, JACK (4) AND TURN TO THE BACK
  • SKI (2) TO THE BACK, JACK (4) AND TURN TO THE FRONT
  • RIGHT SIDE JAB, HOOK, SPEED BAG TO THE LEFT
  • LEFT SIDE JAB, HOOK, SPEED BAG TO THE RIGHT
  • RIGHT SIDE JAB, HOOK, SPEED BAG TO THE LEFT
  • RIGHT SIDE JAB, HOOK, SPEED BAG TO THE RIGHT

  • 8 KNEES RIGHT (TURN THE LAST 4)
  • 8 KNEES LEFT (TURN THE LAST 4)
  • 3 BUNNY HOPS TO THE RIGHT W/KNEE, GO LEFT
  • SLAP YOUR KNEES CENTER FOR 4
