No Limits Circuit-Thursday at Lifetime

OK, so we set up circuits tonight with a push-up station, plank station, lunge with curls, squats with lat pull, in/out abs, dips, run-ups, planks w/knee pull.  We also included 3 football runs which were INTENSE by every meaning of the word.  Lots of squats, finished up with some core work and more legs.  Great class my new friends and remember, what does not kill you makes you STRONGER!  Don't make me blow my whistle!  1 hour at 792 calories.
