Tuesday PiYo with CAMP PAT...

Can you say..."the hardest PiYo yet"!  Well, Chalene tuned up the heat in Lesson 17.  HOLY MOLY!  There are so many layers you can add...we will be learning this one for more than a few weeks.  We never even got to the Plyo section.  The abs/core section was INSANE.  If you have never tried PiYo, now would be the time.  This will work every muscle in your body and then it will work your muscle's muscles.  NO JOKE!  1 hour at 784 calories.  Now, that's WORK!
