Wednesday Night Athletic Training-FAC
What a great class tonight. We changed it up a bit from our usual high cardio caloric burn. We did 30 minutes of cardio and then 30 minutes of strength and weight training. Most people used 3 lbs. in hand weights including myself and that was enough. We did a combination of arm/shoulder work and those weights felt like they weighed 50 lbs. each by the time we were done. There were many sets of push-ups and planks. We squeezed in some lower back and extreme ab work. I know they are feeling it today. 1 hour at 794 calories...weights will burn calories people and this will not BULK you up. Low weight with high reps=caloric burn and OH SO RIPPED!
