OK, so since I know you guys wanted this new round, I had to bust my hump early and get these moves down. The only way to accomplish that was to run through them about 3 times before class on Friday. I TKBd in my kitchen for two hours prior to class. I totalled an entire load of laundry and dang near passed smooth out after all those rounds. 2 hrs 15 minutes at 1763 calories...all before 10:30am on a Friday....welcome to the weekend.
