PiYo Saturday-FAC
LOVED subbing this class. What a great bunch of guys and gals. They worked HARD and I loved the enthusiasm and LOUD breathing. That just lets me know they were truly getting a great workout. We used the music and some moves from PiYo 16...love the leg section of this one. Changing it up will yield results. Push-up section was extra hard with the Challenge happening at the same time, but was able to DIG DEEP and push out many more than I expected. You guys stick with it and I hope to see you again...1 hour at 474 calories...MY LEGS!
