5/31 Tuesday PiYo with Pat at FAC

People must have extended their Memorial Weekend by another day.  I hope they realize that summer is HERE and now is the time to stay motivated.  I did have my regulars...thank you guys.  We went back to PiYo 15 with all the push-ups and what a SWEAT!  I think this is my favorite lesson yet.  The music is awesome and the moves are intense.  There is a lot of strength to come from this format and trust me, it will increase your flexibility and strength if you stick with it.  1 hour at 596 calories.
